SOUTHERN HEALTH PARTNERS INC is seeking an RN Night Supervisor to lead the overnight nursing team at Montgomery County Jail in Clarksville, TN. The role focuses on leadership, patient care continuity, and maintaining high clinical standards during night shifts.

This position offers a night shift differential and opportunities to coach staff, coordinate operations, and collaborate with providers to ensure safe, quality care while the facility is less busy.

Formación

• Leadership experience in nursing supervision
• Strong clinical nursing skills (RN)
• Ability to coordinate overnight operations
• Excellent documentation and critical thinking

Responsabilidades

• Lead the overnight nursing team and supervise patient care
• Serve as primary clinical resource for overnight questions
• Coordinate nursing operations to ensure efficient, high-quality care
• Assist with assessments, treatments, medications, and emergencies
• Promote compliance with nursing practices and correctional healthcare guidelines
• Coach and mentor nurses to perform at their best during night shifts
• Collaborate with medical providers and facility staff to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate documentation and support quality assurance
