Job summary

SOUTHERN HEALTH PARTNERS INC is seeking a Registered Nurse Night Supervisor to lead the overnight nursing team at Montgomery County Jail in Clarksville, TN. The role runs Monday–Friday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, with a night shift differential, and a focus on high-quality patient care in a jail setting.

As the go-to RN, you will supervise, mentor, and coordinate nursing operations, ensuring compliance with policies and clinical guidelines while collaborating with providers and facility staff to maintain

Qualifications

• RN license and current state credentials.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Ability to work nights in a correctional setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overnight nursing team and maintain patient care.
• Serve as the primary clinical resource during the shift.
• Coordinate nursing operations for efficient, high-quality care.
• Assist with assessments, treatments, medications, and emergencies.
• Promote compliance with nursing practices and guidelines.
• Coach and mentor nurses to bring their best to every shift.
• Collaborate with medical providers and facility staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support quality assurance.
