Job summary

The Legacy Health and Rehabilitation Of Pleasant Grove LLC in Pleasant Grove, AL is seeking a Registered Nurse Night Shift Supervisor to lead the 7PM–7AM team. You will supervise RNs, LPNs, CNAs and ensure resident care is delivered with compassion and high standards.

This full-time leadership role offers competitive wages, a $15,000 sign-on bonus, and full benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing required.
• At least two years of nursing experience.
• Prior long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory or nursing leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical-thinking, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead and support a nursing team with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide facility-wide nursing supervision and clinical leadership during the 7PM–7AM shift.
• Supervise, guide, and support RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing personnel.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure changes are appropriately assessed, documented, and communicated.
• Respond to clinical concerns, changes in condition, emergencies, and other resident-care needs.
• Maintain nursing assignments and staffing coverage, including call-ins.
• Ensure care plans, physician orders, treatments, and nursing standards are followed.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers and ensure necessary medications and supplies.
• Address concerns with residents, families, and staff; communicate to leadership.
• Ensure federal/state compliance and participate in infection prevention and quality initiatives.
• Provide coaching and support to nursing staff to promote accountability and teamwork.
