Hunter Creek Health & Rehabilitation in Northport, AL is hiring an Evening Shift Registered Nurse (RN) to join a newly led team. This full-time position offers hands-on resident care, medication administration, and collaboration with LPNs and CNAs.

Earn $31.00-$40.40 per hour with evening shift differential of +$2.00 on weekdays and +$2.75 on weekends, plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Requires Alabama RN license and CPR/BLS; benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO.

Qualifications

• Current Alabama RN license in good standing is REQUIRED.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and coordinate resident care during the assigned shift.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Assess residents and respond to changes in condition.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory requirements.
