Job summary

South Haven Health & Rehabilitation in Alabama seeks an Evening Shift Registered Nurse (3:00 PM–11:00 PM) to lead clinical teams and deliver resident-centered care. This full-time role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and competitive pay from $32.65 to $42.85 per hour based on experience.

You will collaborate with physicians, therapists, and CNAs, supervise LPNs, ensure accurate documentation, and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Current Alabama RN license
• Strong clinical assessment and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Compassionate, resident-focused approach
• BLS/CPR certification required (ACLS preferred)
• Long-term care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents
• Complete assessments and monitor resident conditions
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
• Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
