Job summary

NHS Management, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Night Shift (3pm–11pm) in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting. The role involves delivering high-quality nursing care to residents and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state you wish to work
• New grads encouraged to apply!
• Experience in geriatric/long-term care or rehabilitation nursing strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of clinical protocols and regs
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
• Passionate, empathetic, resident-first care
• BLS/CPR certification; ACLS a plus

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care as a key member of our RN team
• Monitor residents’ conditions, perform assessments, and document changes accurately
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and RN protocols
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other RNs and healthcare professionals to implement care plans
• Educate residents and families on health conditions and care plans
• Maintain up-to-date RN documentation in EMR
• Ensure a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for all residents
• Supervise and support CNAs and other direct care staff
