Job summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) at Good Samaritan Lakota is responsible for applying the nursing process across all phases of care, including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. You will collaborate with residents, families and an inter-disciplinary team to plan and deliver individualized care in a Christian, not-for-profit setting at Lakota, ND.

This full-time, night-shift position features 12-hour shifts, a 40-hour week, and a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (e.g., CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA).
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice occurs (multistate licensure if NLC state).

Responsibilities

• Provide care using the nursing process (assess, diagnose, plan, implement, evaluate).
• Coordinate resident care with family and inter-disciplinary team.
• Mentor and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed staff as appropriate.

Education

Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program

Bachelor's Degree in nursing (preferred)

Current unencumbered RN license (state where practice occurs)
