Job summary

Good Samaritan in Lakota, ND is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process. You will collaborate with residents, families and an inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care in a Christian not-for-profit setting.

The role may involve charge nurse duties, delegation of tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff, and adherence to state practice standards and codes. Licensure and accreditation requirements apply as stated.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA are preferred.
• Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice or multi-state licensure (NLC).

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care, resident assessment, education and nursing interventions.
• Collaborate with residents, families and the inter-disciplinary team; may serve as charge nurse.
