Job summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) at Good Samaritan's Lakota facility in Lakota, ND provides individualized nursing care using the nursing process in collaboration with residents, families and a multidisciplinary team. You will evaluate and adjust care plans across preventive, health maintenance and treatment needs.

Role may include serving as charge nurse and delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff, in accordance with state laws and professional standards.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the state where practice occurs
• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program
• Multistate licensure if in a NLC state

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation)
• Coordinate care with residents, families and inter-disciplinary teams
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff within scope of practice

Education

Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred
