Job summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) at Good Samaritan Lakota Center is responsible for using the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents. You will collaborate with residents, families, and an interdisciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care.

As a night shift, full-time role, you may serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff, ensuring safe, high-quality nursing practice within state regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice; multistate license if in an NLC state.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process across resident care.
• Coordinate care, resident assessment, and education; collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team.
• Serve as charge nurse when needed and ensure safe, reliable nursing practice.
