Job summary

The Hillsboro Long Term Care (LTC) facility part of Sanford Health is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am, with every other weekend and a holiday rotation. The role focuses on applying the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents, collaborating with families and other staff.

New grads welcome; sign-on bonus of $22,500 is offered for eligible new employees. A RN license in good standing is required; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in the state of practice; multistate licensure acceptable if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide individualized resident care.
• Coordinates care with families and an inter-disciplinary team.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed staff.
