Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved RN program and licensed in the state.
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Carry out medication management to ensure adequate supplies and policy compliance.
• Notify physician and family of significant changes in health status promptly.
• Report incidents, accidents, and adverse events to Administrator and DON.
• Document and address resident incidents and grievances per policies and regulations.
• Uphold residents' rights and ensure confidentiality of health information.
