Job summary

Sanford Health in Hillsboro, OR, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Long Term Care facility. Day shifts are available, with every other weekend and a rotation of holidays required, 36 hours per week. New grads are welcome and a generous sign-on bonus is offered to eligible employees.

The RN will provide individualized care, coordinate with the care team, and ensure high-quality resident outcomes through standard nursing practices and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Must hold an RN license in good standing with the state nursing board.
• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA preferred). Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Coordinate care with residents, families, inter-disciplinary colleagues, and providers to plan and evaluate care.
• Assist as charge nurse when applicable and supervise licensed and unlicensed personnel within scope and competence.
