The Registered Nurse (RN) at Good Samaritan's Lakota center provides individualized care using the nursing process across all phases of care. You will collaborate with residents, families, and an inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care.

Responsibilities include care coordination, resident education, and may serve as charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff while maintaining high standards per state rules and ANA Code of Ethics.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Current unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care, assess residents, and educate families.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to staff.
