Southern Health Partners seeks a motivated RN Night Supervisor to lead the overnight nursing team at the Montgomery County Jail in Clarksville, TN. This role focuses on maintaining high-quality patient care during night hours and serving as the primary clinical resource for the overnight shift.

You will supervise staff, ensure compliance with correctional healthcare standards, and coordinate activities to keep operations running smoothly while the world sleeps.

Qualifications

• RN with leadership or supervisory experience.
• Clinical nursing skills for overnight care.
• Ability to coordinate operations and maintain care standards in a correctional setting.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overnight nursing team and ensure patient care stays on track.
• Serve as the primary clinical resource for questions and urgent decisions.
• Coordinate nursing operations to maintain high-quality care through the night.
• Assist with assessments, treatments, med administration, and emergency response.
• Promote adherence to nursing practices, policies, and correctional healthcare guidelines.
• Coach and mentor nurses to deliver peak performance each shift.
• Collaborate with medical providers and facility staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Ensure accurate documentation and support quality assurance.
