Qualifications

• Active RN license in the United States.
• Experience supervising a nursing team.
• Comfort with correctional healthcare settings.
• Ability to coordinate patient care overnight.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overnight nursing team and supervise staff to maintain patient care quality.
• Serve as the primary clinical resource for questions and quick decision-making.
• Coordinate nursing operations to ensure efficient, high-quality care.
• Assist with assessments, treatments, medication administration, and emergency response.
• Promote compliance with nursing practices and correctional healthcare guidelines.
• Coach, mentor, and encourage nurses to perform at their best each shift.
• Collaborate with medical providers and facility staff to support continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support quality assurance.
