Qualifications

• Hold an active RN license and maintain current credentials.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a clinical setting.
• Wamiliarity with night-shift operations and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overnight nursing team and supervise patient care.
• Serve as the primary clinical resource during the night shift.
• Coordinate nursing operations to ensure efficient, high-quality care.
• Assist with assessments, treatments, medications, and emergency response.
• Promote compliance with nursing practices and facility guidelines.
• Coach, mentor, and support nurses on the night shift.
