Responsibilities

• Lead the overnight nursing team and ensure patient care remains on track.
• Serve as the primary clinical resource for questions and urgent decisions.
• Coordinate nursing operations to maintain efficient, high-quality care overnight.
• Assist with assessments, treatments, medications, and emergency responses as needed.
• Promote compliance with nursing practices, policies, and correctional healthcare guidelines.
• Coach and mentor nurses to perform at their best on every shift.
• Collaborate with medical providers and facility staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support quality assurance.
