Job summary

Southern Health Partners, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse Night Supervisor to lead the overnight nursing team at Montgomery County Jail in Clarksville, TN. The schedule is 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, and you will drive patient care standards during the night shift.

Lead, mentor, and coordinate operations to ensure high-quality care in a secure setting, with a night shift differential and opportunities to impact lives while others sleep.

Qualifications

• Must be a valid RN with current license.
• Experience leading overnight nursing teams in healthcare or correctional settings.
• Ability to supervise, coordinate, and maintain high-quality patient care during night shifts.
• Strong documentation and compliance with correctional healthcare guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Crew: Supervise and support the overnight nursing team while keeping patient care on track.
• Be the Go-To RN: Serve as the primary clinical resource when questions arise and quick thinking matters.
• Keep Things Moving: Coordinate nursing operations to promote efficient, high-quality care.
• Jump In When Needed: Assist with assessments, treatments, medication administration, and emergency response.
• Set the Standard: Promote compliance with nursing practices, policies, and correctional healthcare guidelines.
• Build Up Your Team: Coach, mentor, and encourage nurses to bring their best to every shift.
• Work Together: Collaborate with medical providers and facility staff to support continuity of care.
• Dot the I's and Cross the T's: Maintain accurate documentation and support quality assurance.
