The RN Night Supervisor will serve as the primary clinical resource, coordinate nursing activities, and mentor staff. A night shift differential is offered to acknowledge off-hour responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Leadership experience in fast-paced healthcare settings.
• Experience in correctional or jail healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overnight nursing team and ensure patient care remains on track.
• Serve as the primary clinical resource during night shifts and respond to questions.
• Coordinate nursing operations for efficient, high-quality care.
• Assist with assessments, treatments, medication administration, and emergencies.
• Maintain compliance with nursing practices, policies, and correctional healthcare guidelines.
• Coach and mentor nurses to bring their best to every shift.
• Collaborate with medical providers and facility staff to support continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support quality assurance.
