Job summary

PAM Health is hiring a Registered Nurse to join our inpatient unit. The RN will deliver and supervise patient care, coordinate discharge planning, and educate patients and families for post-hospital needs.

Requirements include an active RN license in the state, BLS certification, and ACLS certification (ACLS within 90 days; Charge Nurses require ACLS). One year of inpatient medical-surgical experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license in state of hospital or compact licensure.
• BLS certification required; ACLS within 90 days of employment.
• ACLS certification required for Charge Nurses.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, direct and supervise care to patients using the nursing process.
• Coordinate discharge planning and patient/family teaching for post-hospital care.
• Perform assigned duties as requested, including Charge Nurse responsibilities when needed.
