Job summary

PAM Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver, direct and supervise patient care on the medical-surgical unit. You will apply nursing processes, coordinate interdisciplinary planning, discharge planning, and patient/family teaching for post-hospitalization.

Requires current RN license in-state or compact, BLS, ACLS (within 90 days), and ACLS for Charge Nurse role; inpatient experience preferred. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth accompany a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state where hospital resides or compact licensure.
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification required within 90 days of employment; ACLS must be AHA approved within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, direct and supervise care using the nursing process on the medical-surgical unit.
• Plan, coordinate and provide patient care including discharge planning and family teaching.
• May perform Charge Nurse duties; ACLS certification required for Charge Nurse.
