The ideal candidate will hold an active Texas RN license, prefer BSN, and have ACLS within 3 months of hire. Spanish and English proficiency is a plus, with strong communication skills and patient-centered care.

Competenze

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
• Current Texas RN license required.
• ACLS certification within 3 months of hire.
• Hospital experience preferred.
• English and Spanish proficiency preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.

Mansioni

• Delivers patient care according to the Nursing Practice Act and ANA standards.
• Performs nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Implements physician orders safely and accurately.
• Assists with admitting, discharging and transferring patients.
• Transcribes and implements new physician orders.
• Maintains detailed nursing records and provides patient education and emotional support.
• Keeps unit safe and clean and collaborates with the care team.
