DHR Health in Edinburg, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse for the night shift. You will provide direct patient care using the nursing process, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure adherence to professional standards.

Cross-training opportunities and ongoing competencies support professional growth. The role requires a Texas RN license, BLS, and preferred BSN with 6 months to 1 year hospital experience in labor/delivery or related areas.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current Texas RN license and BLS certification required.
• NRP and ACLS certifications recommended or to be completed within 6 months.
• Willingness to cross-train to other areas as needed.
• Ability to operate monitoring and computer equipment effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver patient care per nursing process with assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Coordinate nursing care for department patients with established standards.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Ensure care aligns with Nurse Practice Act and ANA standards.
• Support quality improvement and professional development.
• Maintain professionalism, ethics, and accountability in all actions.
