Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across physiological, psychological, developmental and social factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and regularly evaluate progress.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and monitor for adverse effects.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care.
