AdventHealth in Orlando, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse to assess and interpret diagnostic data, coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, and set measurable goals for each patient. The role requires a strong emphasis on timely, comprehensive nursing assessments and collaborative care planning.

You will develop and implement individualized plans of care, prioritize follow-ups, and ensure ongoing evaluation of patient needs, including physiological, psychological, spiritual factors.

Qualifications

• RN license required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Associate degree in nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively within a unit as a team member

Responsibilities

• Assess and interpret diagnostic data relative to patient age and condition
• Make decisions and implement interventions based on nursing diagnoses
• Set measurable and achievable short- and long-range goals for patients and develop care plans
• Prioritize and complete follow-up assessments and modify plans as needed
• Perform timely assessments including physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual and lifestyle factors
