Job summary

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Nursing is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.
- 1+ year in acute care hospital setting is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately, monitoring for adverse reactions.
- Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments and self-care strategies.
- Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate and optimize patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the medical record.
