Job summary

AdventHealth in Orange City, Florida is seeking a Night shift Registered Nurse in Perinatal care. You will assess patients, plan individualized care, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective, evidence-based care around the clock.

Requires RN licensure with BLS/ACLS; neonatal resuscitation preferred. Experience in obstetrical/perinatal settings is valued. Join a faith-based system dedicated to whole-person care.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing is required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• RN license is required.
• Ability to use Windows-based programs.
• Perinatal hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts thorough assessments of patients and develops individualized care plans.
• Implements interventions safely, timely, and according to the plan of care.
• Documents actions and promotes patient safety and quality outcomes.
• Communicates with patients, families, physicians, and staff to coordinate care.
• Mentors staff and participates in peer review and handoffs.
