Qualifications

• Typically 1 year of clinical nursing; 2 years in specialty preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage in governance activities and quality initiatives to improve care.
• Apply nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement and evaluate care.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans with the care team.
• Uphold a culture of safety and document accurately in EHR.
• May float to other units within the service area as needed.
• Maintain age-appropriate care and participate in ongoing education.
