Endeavor Health is offering RN New Graduate Residency Programs across multiple hospital locations for the March 15, 2027 cohort, providing structured orientation, education, simulation, mentorship, and quality improvement experiences.

Participating sites include Edward, Elmhurst, Evanston, Glenbrook, Highland Park, Northwest Community, Skokie, and more, with 36–40 hour schedules and full-time commitments across days/nights.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred; ADN considered with BSN within five years.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Current Illinois RN license or eligibility for license-pending employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, professional nursing care in alignment with state laws and hospital policies.
• Participate in orientation, classroom education, simulation, and reflective learning.
• Develop bedside skills through supervised practice and clinical rotations.
