Endeavor Health is seeking graduates for its RN New Graduate Residency Programs across multiple hospital locations in Illinois, beginning with a March 15, 2027 cohort. The program combines clinical orientation, classroom education, simulation, mentorship, and evidence-based practice to smooth the transition to professional nursing.

Qualifications

• BSN is preferred for RN Residency.
• ADN may be considered depending on hospital requirements and tenure.
• RN must obtain BSN or higher within five years of starting the RN position.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, professional, and person-centered nursing care.
• Participate in clinical orientation, classroom education, simulation, and mentorship.
• Develop bedside skills through supervised practice and experiential learning.
• Use clinical equipment and electronic health records appropriately.
• Recognize changes in patient condition and respond effectively.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to promote optimal outcomes.
• Participate in evidence-based practice and quality improvement projects.

Bachelor of Science in Nursing or higher preferred
