Sovah Health - Martinsville is seeking a New Graduate Registered Nurse to begin their nursing career in a structured Nurse Residency Program. The program spans 12 months with a focus on clinical competence, culture transition, and leadership development.

You will rotate through day and night 12-hour shifts, every other weekend, gaining hands-on experience under a preceptor and joining a collaborative, high-acuity team dedicated to patient care excellence.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

• BCLS certification required or equivalent.
