RN New Grad/Nurse Residency

Schedule:

3 12- hour shifts Days (7a-7p) Nights (7a-7P) every other weekend

Hourly Range

$31.49 - $34.00

Our evidence-based Nurse Residency Program provides hands‑on, structured support to help you transition from a new graduate to a confident, competent registered nurse.

You'll be automatically enrolled in our comprehensive 12‑month program, structured across three key phases: clinical competence, culture transition, and leadership development. Each phase is thoughtfully designed to guide your growth, strengthening your skills, and building confidence in delivering patient care.
