MediLodge is seeking an experienced Nurse Aide Training Program Instructor Registered Nurse (NATP) to lead our NATP. You will coach and mentor future CNAs and ensure high-quality instruction for long-term care settings.

The ideal candidate is a Registered Nurse with at least one year in long-term care, holds NATP Train-the-Trainer credentials, and can provide hands-on clinical orientation and CPR training as needed.

Competenze

• Registered Nurse with at least one year of experience in long-term care.
• Certified NATP Train-the-Trainer certification.
• CPR teaching certificate if applicable.
• State CE requirements kept up to date.

Mansioni

• Oversee Nurse Aide Training Program from assessment to evaluation.
• Provide hands-on clinical orientation and instruction to unlicensed personnel.
• Coordinate CPR and OSHA training and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist in department budget and training documentation.
