Job summary

Sweetwater Care is seeking a CNA Instructor for the NATP Program - Lab & Clinical in Montana. Under the Administrator's direction and NATP Coordinator's supervision, you will provide hands-on training in line with NATP requirements.

The candidate must hold an active Montana RN or LPN license and have at least 1 year of nursing home experience, with CNA supervision experience preferred. Strong communication and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN or LPN license in Montana.
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience in a nursing home.
• Experience supervising certified nursing assistants (preferred).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Set up and provide in-person lab instruction.
• Supervise students during clinical rotations.
• Evaluate student skills and competencies.
• Maintain accurate attendance and clinical documentation.
