Job summary

Prosperity Training Center in Butte, Montana is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead our Nurse Aide Training Program (NATP), support instructors, and help expand access to healthcare education.

The RN Program Coordinator oversees quality, compliance, and delivery of NATP offerings, leads curriculum development, and partners with the Administrator and Outreach to increase student enrollment month over month.

Qualifications

Active Montana Registered Nurse license in good standing.
At least two years nursing experience, including at least one year in long-term care.
Ability to obtain and maintain Montana DPHHS approval as the NATP Program Coordinator.
Strong leadership, organization, and written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to supervise instructors, coordinate multiple priorities, and work across departments.
Proficiency with computers, online learning platforms, and electronic records.
Commitment to student success, confidentiality, regulatory compliance, and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

NATP Oversight and Regulatory Compliance: obtain Montana DPHHS approval and ensure regulatory alignment.
Instructor Leadership and Development: supervise, recruit, schedule, coach instructors.
Curriculum and Program Development: develop and update curriculum, materials, and assessments.
Enrollment Growth and Outreach Support: support monthly enrollment goals and partnerships.
Student Success and Program Operations: monitor progress, support remediation, maintain inclusive environment.
