Job summary

Illinois Nursing Academy is seeking a BNATP Instructor to deliver comprehensive CNA training in a classroom and clinical setting. You will design lesson plans, teach theory and hands-on clinical skills, assess student performance, and maintain records while ensuring compliance with state requirements.

The ideal candidate holds an RN or LPN license, has at least two years of CNA or related nursing experience, and has a Train the Trainer credential.

Qualifications

• RN or LPN license currently valid.
• Minimum 2 years of CNA or related nursing experience.

Responsibilities
