Job summary

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a CNA or in a related nursing role.
• Train the Trainer Course Completion.
• Prior teaching or training experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans aligning with state regulations and CNA curriculum.
• Deliver lectures on nursing topics and patient care.
• Provide hands-on clinical skills training and supervise activities.
• Assess student performance with quizzes, exams, and demonstrations.
• Offer constructive feedback to support student improvement.
• Maintain accurate attendance, grades, and progress records.
• Ensure training equipment and supplies are available and maintained.
• Stay updated on nursing education developments and regulatory guidelines.
• Assist in CNA curriculum development and revision.
• Comply with state and federal CNA training regulations and guidelines.
