Qualifications

• Certified RN with active license in Florida

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care, revising as necessary.
• Administer medications and treatments safely per physician orders and protocols, monitor adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and self-care to promote understanding and adherence.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care and ensure effective communication.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient information, care activities, and outcomes.
