Job summary

Orlando Health's Orlando Regional Medical Center in Orlando, FL is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Multisystem Progressive Care Unit (PCU) as part of its Level I Trauma program. Candidates must have at least 1 year of RN experience and be licensed in Florida, with BLS. Night shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year RN experience.
• Florida RN license required or valid eNLC multi-state license.
• BLS/Healthcare Provider certification required; ACLS/NRP/PALS/TNCC may be required for certain areas.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments; monitor patient status.
• Document care accurately and communicate with the care team.
• Provide patient and family education and support.
• Serve as patient and family advocate and ensure safety and quality standards.
