Job summary

AdventHealth in Winter Garden, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive patient care in an acute hospital setting. You will conduct assessments, develop care plans, administer meds, educate patients, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

This full-time role offers a Day shift (7:00 am - 7:00 pm) and a Clinical Ladder program with potential salary increases up to 20%. Benefits from Day One and a strong emphasis on whole-person care are included.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing is required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• RN licensure is required with CPR/BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and evaluate progress.
• Administer medications and treatments safely according to orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments and self-care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care and ensure teamwork.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient information and outcomes.
