Job summary
AdventHealth in Orlando, FL is seeking qualified Registered Nurses to join the ICU (MSICU) team. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and adjust individualized care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
Night shift, full-time, 7:00 pm–7:00 am. The Clinical Ladder Program offers salary increases up to 20% based on experience.
Qualifications
- RN with active license in Florida (or applicable state).
- Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred.
- 1+ acute care hospital setting experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across domains.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans and revise as needed.
- Administer medications per orders and monitor for adverse reactions.
- Educate patients and families on conditions and self-care.
- Collaborate with medical staff to optimize care and outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the medical record.
