AdventHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Night shift on the PCU Multisystem 3 unit in Orlando. The role involves comprehensive patient assessments, care planning, medication administration, and patient education in a high-acuity environment.

Qualifications

RN license required (Florida) and CPR-BLS certification.
Associate degree in Nursing is required; Bachelor's preferred.
Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
Proficiency with Microsoft Windows-based programs and clinical documentation systems.
Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Experience in acute care hospital settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments across physical, psychosocial, and spiritual domains.
Develop and implement individualized care plans with ongoing evaluation and revision.
Administer medications and treatments accurately per physician orders and protocols.
Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure safety.
