Job summary
AdventHealth in Orlando, FL is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to support quality standards and patient-centered care on the night shift. You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop plans of care, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, compassionate care.
Requires RN license with BLS, ACLS, PALS and an Associate degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred). Benefits start day one, including medical/dental/vision, life and disability insurance, PTO, 403(b),
Qualifications
- Must have nursing knowledge to deliver patient care and assessments.
- Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities required.
- EKG interpretation may be necessary depending on patient population.
Responsibilities
- Supports quality standards and nursing initiatives.
- Completes timely assessments including physical, psychological, and sociocultural factors.
- Develops and implements individualized plans of care and follows up.
- Communicates with patients, families, and the team; adheres to infection prevention and medication safety.
