Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (ADN or BSN).
• Active RN license in the State Board of Nursing.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Clinical experience in long-term care, post-acute, geriatric nursing preferred.
• Proficient English communication for documentation and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care and ensure positive patient outcomes.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to LPNs and CNAs as appropriate.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team for care planning.
• Maintain accurate real-time documentation using PCC EHR software.
• Assist with discharge planning and patient-family education.
