Job summary

Genesiscareers is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care in a long-term care setting. Under supervision, you will assess patients, administer treatments, and develop care plans while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

You will supervise LPNs and CNAs, ensure accurate documentation in PCC EHR, and support safe discharge planning. English proficiency and state RN licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (ADN or BSN).
• Active RN license issued by the State Board of Nursing.
• Current BLS/CPR certification for healthcare providers.
• Experience in long-term care, post-acute or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Proficient in English for clinical documentation and communication.
• Must meet health screenings and TST verification as required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care and assessments to patients.
• Develop individualized care plans and document in PCC EHR.
• Delegate and supervise LPNs and CNAs per state practice acts.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for care plans.
• Assist with safe discharge planning and patient family education.
