Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive nursing care for residents.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
• Assess resident conditions and respond promptly to changes.
• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Supervise, support, and guide LPNs and CNAs/GNAs.
• Participate in care planning, admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards, safety, and infection control practices.
