Job summary

Genesiscareers is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in a long-term care setting. The RN will deliver high-quality nursing care, assess patients, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes.

Responsibilities include supervising LPNs/CNAs, coordinating care plans, and ensuring accurate PCC documentation. Licensure and BLS/CPR are required, with English proficiency and health screenings as standard expectations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (ADN or BSN).
• Active RN license issued by the State Board of Nursing.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments and develop patient care plans.
• Lead and delegate care to LPNs and CNAs in compliance with state acts.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for care planning and safe discharge.
• Mentor and onboard newly hired nursing staff to support team growth.
• Maintain accurate documentation using PCC EHR and ensure regulatory compliance.
