Genesiscareers is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) who are hardwired to serve—clinicians who possess a deep, altruistic drive to deliver compassionate care and make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients and their families every single day.

Under the direction of the Nurse Supervisor, Unit Manager, or Nurse Executive, the RN delivers efficient, high-quality nursing care to achieve positive clinical outcomes and high patient/family satisfaction.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in good standing with state board
• ADN or BSN from an accredited program and active nursing license
• Current BLS/CPR certification and ability to obtain/maintain
• Experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments and develop care plans
• Administer medications and treatments and monitor patient status
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for discharge planning
• Mentor and onboard new nursing staff and ensure high-quality documentation
