Job summary

Genesiscareers is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality nursing care in a long-term care setting. Under supervision, you will perform comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure excellent patient outcomes and satisfaction.

The role requires an active RN license, ADN/BSN, and BLS/CPR certification. Prior LTC or geriatric experience is preferred; strong English communication is essential for documentation and care

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (ADN/BSN).
• Active RN license issued by the State Board of Nursing.
• Current BLS/CPR certification for healthcare providers.
• Experience in long-term care, post-acute, rehabilitative, or geriatric nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care under supervision to achieve positive outcomes.
• Lead and delegate care to LPNs and CNAs within state guidelines.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-disciplinary teams for care plans and safe discharges.
• Maintain accurate real-time clinical documentation using PCC EHR.
